1. Who we are
FULLPASS is a service operated by FULLPASS, a company registered in Australia (ABN 79 297 751 595), with its registered office at Queensland, Australia. In these terms, "we", "us" and "FULLPASS" mean that company, and "you" means the person or organisation using the service.
2. What the service does
FULLPASS analyses published e-learning packages — SCORM 1.2 and 2004, and video files — and produces a report of the defects it finds. It is an automated aid to quality assurance.
It is not a guarantee. FULLPASS reads the published files. It does not open your course in a browser and click through it, so it cannot find every defect, and a clean report does not mean a course is free of faults. You remain responsible for what you publish and for meeting any accessibility, regulatory or contractual obligations that apply to it.
3. Your account
You must give accurate details and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by colleagues you invite. Tell us promptly at info@fullpass.ai if you believe an account has been compromised.
Accounts are for named people. Sharing one login between several people is not permitted; invite colleagues to their own seats instead.
4. Your content
The courses you upload remain entirely yours. We claim no ownership of them and no right to use them for anything except running the scan you asked for.
Course files are held in memory for the duration of the scan and are never written to our disks. When the scan finishes the file is discarded. What we keep is the report: the findings, the slide references, and the extracts of your course text that the findings quote.
You confirm that you have the right to upload what you upload, and that doing so does not breach anyone else's rights.
5. What we ask of you
Do not use FULLPASS to upload unlawful material, to attempt to break into the service or another customer's account, to test its resilience without asking us first, or to resell access without a written agreement. We may suspend an account that does any of these, and will tell you why.
6. Plans, payment and changes
Current plans are: Free trial (3 courses over 14 days), Solo ($29/month or $290/year), Studio ($59/month or $590/year), Team ($99/month or $990/year). Prices are shown at https://fullpass.ai and are exclusive of any tax that applies where you are; tax is calculated at checkout.
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, as you choose, and renew at the end of each period until cancelled. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Cancellation and refunds are covered in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. If you do not accept a change you may cancel before it takes effect.
7. Availability
We work to keep FULLPASS available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where we reasonably can. Customers on a paid plan are covered by our Service Level Agreement.
8. Ending the agreement
You may close your account at any time from the Account screen, which deletes your organisation, its people and its reports. Cancel any active subscription first so you are not charged for an account that no longer exists.
We may end this agreement if you materially breach these terms and do not put it right within 14 days of being asked, or immediately if the breach cannot be put right. We will give you a reasonable opportunity to export your reports before closing an account, except where the law prevents it.
9. Liability
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees, and where we are permitted to limit our liability for a failure to comply with one, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or for any course being published with a defect FULLPASS did not find.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Brisbane, Queensland have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use FULLPASS after that constitutes acceptance.
